We come to you
Driveway, office car park or the hard shoulder of the A24. Wherever the car stopped.
Who we are
Same equipment as a workshop, same standards, in a van that turns up where the car already is. No waiting room, no upsell counter, no surprises on the invoice.
Our approach
Getting tyres done has always involved a trade the customer never agreed to. You give up half a day, a journey on a spare or a flat, and a wait in a room, in exchange for twenty minutes of actual work.
Everything a fixed tyre bay uses fits into a van: a trolley jack rated for SUVs, a tyre changer with nylon rim protection that will handle low-profile and run-flat sidewalls without marking an alloy, a wheel balancer, a calibrated torque wrench and a working stock of the sizes Epsom actually drives on.
What changes when the workshop comes to you is the sales dynamic. There is no counter, no service advisor working to a monthly target and no captive customer stuck in a waiting room while a list of extras is read out.
What we stand on
These are not slogans.
You hear the total on the phone, including fitting, balancing, the valve, disposal and VAT.
It is included, not extra, and it happens on every wheel.
Under-torqued wheels work loose.
Half the batteries we are called to are not the fault.
If a puncture falls inside the repairable zone we repair it, even though replacing it would be worth more to us.
Old casings and batteries leave under a waste transfer note and go to licensed processors.
In the van
The reason we can finish the work on site rather than telling you to bring it somewhere.

Where we work
We are not a directory listing with an Epsom phone number.
Reviews
Flat tyre on a rainy day and the technician arrived within twenty minutes. Professional, quick and got me back on the road.
Explained everything clearly and balanced both wheels without me having to ask. That is apparently not standard elsewhere.
Quoted on the phone, charged exactly that. Refreshing.

Talk to us
No call centre, no ticket number. The person who answers is the person who can tell you what it will cost and when a van can be with you.
